1. Processing Time

Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
Enhanced boxes: 5–10 business days
Custom art-based orders may take longer.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, launches), processing times may increase.

2. Delivery Estimates

Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 business days
Royal Mail Tracked 24/48: Optional upgrade
DHL Express: 1–3 business days (premium option)

These times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Fees

Fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Orders over £80 may qualify for free shipping.

4. Incorrect Address

If the address entered is incorrect, we cannot replace or refund the order once shipped.
Please double-check details at checkout.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
--------------------------

If your parcel is delayed:

-   Royal Mail only declares a parcel lost after 10 working days
    
-   We will then replace or refund your order
