We are not a clinical service.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
2. Use of Our Website and Shop

- Copy or reproduce materials (art, zines, guides, branding)
- Misuse the site or engage in fraudulent activity
All intellectual property belongs to Lumuno CIC and Kaliyongene (artistic collaborator).

Each box is curated based on your questionnaire.
We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a product becomes unavailable.

Lumuno provides non-clinical, self-care, and educational tools only.
Our boxes are not a replacement for:
- NHS mental health care
- Crisis intervention
- Medication or therapy
